Aplikasi tersebut kita kenal dengan nama e-Lapor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pemda DIY melalui Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) bekerjasama dengan JMC IT Consultant membangun aplikasi e-Lapor sejak tahun 2017 dan telah di implementasikan sampai dengan saat ini. Keberhasilan implementasi e-Lapor sendiri tidak akan terjadi tanpa dukungan dari instansi-intansi yang penuh semangat dan sigap dalam melayani masyarakat. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan masyarakat dengan mekanisme bottom-up, tentu saja kualitas SDM juga harus selalu ditingkatkan, dari sisi <em>hardskill <\/em>maupun <em>softskill<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/media\/editor\/images\/2(7).jpeg\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 363px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bimbingan Teknis e-Lapor DIY kembali diadakan oleh Diskominfo DIY. Bimbingan teknis kali ini mengangkat tema &ldquo;Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik melalui Transparansi dan e-Lapor&rdquo;. Kegiatan yang diadakan tepat 1 (satu) hari setelah hari Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) tersebut dihadiri oleh para pengelola&nbsp;aplikasi e-Lapor dari setiap instansi pelayanan&nbsp;publik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kegiatan bimbingan teknis dilaksanakan di Aula Diskominfo DIY mulai pagi hari sampai dengan pertengahan hari dengan menghadirkan beberapa narasumber, yaitu Ir. Rony Primanto Hari, MT selaku Kepala Diskominfo DIY, perwakilan dari JMC IT Consultant yang bekerja sama dengan Diskominfo DIY dalam pengembangan aplikasi, dan juga Drs. Dwiyono Iriyanto, MM dengan membawakan topik &ldquo;Teknik Berkomunikasi dalam Penanganan Pengaduan&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melalui acara tersebut, Diskominfo DIY selaku perwakilan dari pemda DIY berharap pelayanan kepada masyarakat semakin meningkat seiring ditingkatkannya kemampuan (Hardskill dan Softskill) dari pengelola aplikasi e-Lapor.
